Siân joined Savills in 2006. She specialises in commercial development consultancy and agency advice.
Siân has a broad range of experience acting for public and private sector clients and landowners, providing consultancy, disposal and acquisition advice on both immediate and strategic development opportunities.
She also provides deal-structuring and delivery advice supported by bespoke financial modelling and prepares market evidence to support the promotion of industrial & logistics (I&L) land through planning/DCO.
Siân’s work covers a range of sectors, with a particular focus on I&L. Siân is qualified as a surveyor (MRICS) and town planner (MRTPI) having graduated from the University of Reading in 2002 with a BSc in land management and MSc in urban Ppanning & development. Outside work, she enjoys travelling and spending time with family.
