Sian joined Savills in 2016, having specialised in the licensed leisure sector since the beginning of her career in 1988.

Sian provides a range of consultancy advice to operators and investors in the licensed leisure sector. She undertakes portfolio valuations for accounting and lending purposes and provides a range of lease consultancy advice. Sian also handles the sale and acquisition of operational and investment portfolios of licensed premises.

Her deep understanding of the trading metrics, along with the underlying property values enables her to advise her clients on all of the value drivers of a portfolio.
