
CHALLENGE
A development of five, two to four bedroom apartments within a Grade 1 listed double fronted townhouse in Sion Hill Place in Bath.

SOLUTION
We collaborated with our Recoveries Team, appointed as receivers for Atelier Finance, to bring 1 Sion Hill Place to the market, fully completed and ready for occupation. This historically significant Georgian townhouse, which is Grade 1 listed, offers five spacious apartments with lift access in a premium location in the northern part of the city.

RESULTS
1 Sion Hill Place came under our stewardship in an unfinished state, requiring a strategic approach to complete the site to a high standard while adhering to Atelier’s brief of minimizing expenditure without compromising quality. Our new marketing campaign has revitalised and refreshed the development, presenting it as an exciting opportunity to acquire a comprehensively refurbished period home in Bath, with modern amenities.
