Sophie joined Savills in 2010 and has particular expertise in large scale mixed-use developments, with a background in residential development she now leads our London mixed use offer.
Sophie specialises in development advice on complex strategic urban projects, and has long-term relationships with some of London’s largest development companies, landowners, PRS operators and institutional funds. Her role is to maximise value and minimise risk for clients through the entire development process, ensuring that opportunities are unlocked and deliverable. She cares greatly about the places we build and the legacy that we will leave behind, priding herself on her forward and innovative thinking and the quality of the advice she gives.
Sophie has a passion for design which has stemmed from her degree in architecture and masters in urban and regional planning. She began her career with Savills as a graduate in 2010 and today has an extensive network within the business both in the UK and Globally. She now updates the UK board on London mixed use, sits on the CRM board and is a client advocate for 5 of the Savills 30 key clients.
