A former hospital of 4 unique buildings offering studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments and mews houses.
WHAT WE DID
Following disposal of the development to the client, Savills were instructed to work with the developer to consult on the ongoing design of the building to be refurbished and the new build blocks.
We also advised on marketing and sales strategy prior to launching the scheme in 2021.
CHALLENGES OVERCOME
Being a listed building ensuing layouts were optimised for the buyer demographic whilst fitting in with the building fabric was a major challenge. Also ensure the branding and specification married with the historic nature of the building was key to a successful campaign.
Savills also worked with the developer to ensure that a marketing suite/show home could be delivered well in advance of PC. This allowed us to begin a sales campaign earlier than expected and secure a good number of off plan sales.
