Development description:
A boutique development of 7 three-bedroom townhouses finished to a very high specification within the popular village of Shirley, Solihull.
What we did:
Savills worked with the client from the development’s inception, optimizing the unit layouts to ensure that they were as market-facing as possible. We also advised on the specification, branding and design of all marketing collateral, working closely with the client’s creative agency.
Challenges overcome:
Local competition was fierce with 6 nearby townhouse developments and the scheme is located on main road which deterred some buyers. However, thanks to our ability to shape the design and specification we were able to stand out from the crowd and achieve an average of 16% above our client’s appraisal.
