Stuart Small

Stuart joined Savills in 2014 and has worked in various front office roles both in and outside of London. At the end of 2022 he was appointed as head of operations for the residential lettings division.

Stuart has a deep and thorough understanding of residential lettings and is committed to providing an efficient and professional service in a highly regulated industry.

In his role as head of operations he oversees a number of divisional projects as well as the compliance, customer service, systems and operations delivery teams. Stuart sits on both the UK lettings board and the UK lettings operations boards.

When not in the office you’ll find Stuart exploring the Surrey Hills with his two children or using any spare holiday to visit as much of the world as possible.
