The Chocolate Factory is an exciting regeneration scheme within the popular neighbourhood of Greenbank, with a delightful mix of stunning apartments and houses. Our client was aiming to be sold out by practical completion and achieve the highest £ per sq ft for a new build in this location.
WHAT WE DID
Provided sales and marketing advice to produce the best strategy for launching each phase to the market. We revised our pricing before every release to help maximise the achieved figures, working alongside the developer to achieve their end goal.
CHALLENGES OVERCOME
Listing a prime product in an unknown part of the Bristol marketplace and achieving figures that surpassed all expectations. Whilst providing continual advice on how to market the scheme using social media, paperwork and other portals.
