CHALLENGE
Having valued one of the wedding venues earlier in the year we were instructed to provide an indicative valuation of the nine wedding venues within the portfolio in England and Wales within a restricted timescale. The wedding venues were of varying stages of trading maturity, with the two Welsh venues very recently added to the portfolio.
SOLUTION
We inspected each property and considered the historic trading performance as well as the forecasts and the forward bookings.
RESULTS
We delivered the report which met the client’s requirements within the timeframe allowed.
