
CHALLENGE
The Hamptons is a desirable collection of nineteen luxury new build 3 and 4 bedroom homes in the historic Surrey village of West Horsley.

SOLUTION
Launched to the market in Summer 2021, we appointed a site sales negotiator to man the marketing suite 5 days a week, supplied a comprehensive marketing strategy and managed the day to day sales journey to site.

RESULTS
The Hamptons presented a common challenge in that our show home did not reflect the rest of the properties on site and was the highest value property. Despite slower delivery on site we attracted buyers both locally and further afield who were both attracted to the high specification and location of the development.
