CHALLENGE
The Mansion House is an exquisite collection of just 11 beautifully crafted bespoke apartments and loft style penthouse properties of unusual quality with a unique blend of luxurious living and accessibility. It has been painstakingly restored and refurbished and is surrounded by 12 acres of idyllic parkland with views over the River Ouse.
SOLUTION
Provided consultancy advice on the refurbishment, layout and design of the house to create the individual units. Brand new developer with vision but no systems or sales team and so Savills provided the advice and undertook the personalised service for the buyers. Launched to the market in October 2023 we achieved 2 sales “off plan” with a combined sales figure of £2.350m. These 2 units were combined into one residence. This development is fast becoming a destination and is achieving a new price point for the area.
RESULTS
The conversion was extremely onerous and complex so we had to box clever with marketing for the property listings in order to demonstrate the finished product together with space planning. This was done with floor plans, photography and an in-depth brief to produce virtually staged images for marketing purposes.
