Tim has been at Savills since 2012. He started his career at Savills as a residential sales negotiator based in Fulham and Battersea until 2017 when he moved to residential valuations.
Tim became an agent in 2010, joining Savills in 2012 to work for the south west residential team. He then moved across to residential valuations in 2017 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in October 2018. He undertakes valuations of prime central London residential property for a range of clients and purposes such as bank loan security, accounts and taxation.
Tim has a strong knowledge of the south west London residential property market having worked as an agent in Pimlico, Fulham, Battersea, Clapham and Wandsworth.
