Tom heads the north west lettings department, covering residential lettings and management across the region
After initially working in construction, and then in the London lettings industry since 2009, Tom was brought to Savills in 2014 to establish and run the new waterfront lettings team in central London.
At the start of 2016, with his family growing, Tom took the opportunity to move back to his native North West and set up the north west lettings department.
Living in Manchester with his wife and son, Tom is a keen footballer, golfer and eternally optimistic Newcastle United fan.
