Tom joined the London valuation division in 2015 as a RICS registered valuer, having previously spent nine years working for the Savills Weybridge office in prime residential sales.
Tom specialises in residential valuation for loan security purposes, covering single unit, Investment and development properties. He has extensive experience in the prime London and home counties residential markets. In particular Tom has a wealth of experience of the private estates in Surrey & Berkshire.
Tom is also a RICS Assessor for the Associate RICS qualification.
