Tom is a chartered surveyor (Fellow of RICS) working in the Development department specialising in mainly residential agency.
The majority of Tom's clients are landowners which has allowed him to gain a wealth of knowledge over the years with the ability to advise on wide ranging matters. He has also provided advice in disputes and trained as an Expert Witness (RICS).
Tom is also the Head of Office for Savills Cambridge which is an another part of his role at Savills.
