Tom is part of the Oxford Leisure team. He undertakes Red Book valuations and appraisals for all aspects of leisure and trading businesses in the UK.

Tom started his career in asset management within the regions. He changed tack in 2015 and set his sights on becoming an RICS registered valuer. He is now primarily involved in undertaking valuations for the purpose of secured lending for a number of different sectors within the leisure industry.
