Tom has advised on the acquisition of more than 600,000 sq ft of space over the last 3 years for the likes of Autolus, Quell Therapeutics, DNAe, Achilles Therapeutics, Avacta, Freeline Therapeutics, Gilead Sciences, LifeArc and Omass.

Key development and leasing instructions include St John’s College Oxford, Stanhope & Cadillac Fairview’s 1 million sq ft Oxford North scheme, ARC Group’s Manbre Wharf in Hammersmith, a 250,000 sq ft life science focused scheme, Kadans 114,000 sq ft lab development at 5-10 Brandon Road, King’s Cross, Longfellow’s 250,000 sq ft Capital Park in Cambridge, Birmingham University, Bruntwood SciTech’s 600,000 sq ft Birmingham Health and Innovation Campus (BHIC). Tom also advised UBS / REEF on the pre-let to Autolus at The Forge, Stevenage, for an 85,000 sq ft GMP facility.
