Tom Priest

Tom provides valuation advice to major Institutional clients and lenders, together with local and regional property companies. He focuses predominately on commercial valuations throughout south Wales and the south west.

Tom acts as job manager responsible for the coordination of quarterly valuations to a number of these Institutional clients.

Tom is a Registered Fixed Charge Receiver with experience in workout situations, receivership appointments and asset management cases.
