Tom has been a member of the commercial research team within Savills since 2001 and assists clients in the retail & leisure property sector with a wide range of research requirements.
An experienced consultant and market commentator to a range of clients across the industry in the UK and Europe, Tom's analysis has clear implications on development and investment strategies, asset management, planning and leasing. His role has evolved into thought leadership and market commentary and he regularly presents to a large number of clients and conferences each year on the future of retail property.
Tom also curates a number of publications that focus on specific sub-sectors within retail and leisure, including the award winning Savills Reimagining Retail project, which examines some of the toughest topics facing the retail real estate industry and brings together shared insights of stakeholders and collaborators across the industry from landlords, retailers, architects, consultancies, thinktanks and public sector groups.
