Business Planning – We are experienced and expert users of Brixx: the principal business planning tool for housing association. SFC is an accredited Brixx partner. We have extensive experience in constructing and/or reviewing clients’ Brixx plans and we add value by leveraging the breadth of knowledge gained from having worked with many clients over many years.

Stress Testing – The team uses its knowledge and experience from working alongside our many business planning clients to feed into our clients’ stress testing processes. We use the rating agencies’ published methodologies to help clients understand their credit risk profiles. We also provide support on the entire lifecycle of the ratings process; from initial evaluation of potential outcomes, using our shadow models, to project management and procurement of the rating itself.
