
CHALLENGE
Appointed as the Joint Selling Agent by the Developer (Carmichael Homes). Working closely alongside the other local agent, on the marketing and selling of this luxury riverside new build development of twenty-five apartments in the desirable Craiglockhart area of Edinburgh.

SOLUTION
Delivering sales whilst under construction, i.e. off-plan reservations, and also at time of full completion and having ‘stock’ units to show. Targeting the correct audience, to identify those buyers who would be searching for practical, stylish, sustainably built and ultra energy-efficient living. Understanding that many buyers would be those who are still to market / sell, we worked hard at ensuring the sales procedure worked for both our developer client and most importantly the purchasers.

RESULTS
Achieved all required sales, in what has been a very difficult marketplace due to the economic outlook during the sales campaign. The process involved creative advertising, emphasising the completion of selected units at the appropriate time in order to drive people to the on-site based sales person through the promotion of beautifully furnished show homes. Proactive broker database work created enough interest to identify and introduce the needed buyers to this project.
