Barr's Street, Bristol

Secured a Resolution to Grant permission at committee for the residential-led mixed-use redevelopment of a former Debenhams store in central Bristol. Over 500 build-to-rent homes will be delivered (over 100 of which affordable) within a building of up to 28 storeys, along with retail and hospitality floorspace at ground floor along a re-instated medieval street.

Bradmore, Newton Abbot

Promotion of 165. acres of greenfield land through the emerging Teignbridge Local Plan. The Plan is currently at Examination and Bradmore is included as the Plan's largest proposed allocation, for approximately 1,050 dwellings and supporting infrastructure including a secondary school, neighbourhood centre and strategic open space.

Bristol Zoo Gardens, Bristol

Secured planning permission for the redevelopment of historic listed gardens to provide 196 homes, community space and significant landscaping. The site will be opened up to the public for the first time since it opened in 1836.

Former Premier Inn, Bristol

Secured planning permission for 442 PBSA units and 132 Co Living units scheme which, once built, will include Bristol’s tallest building at 28 storeys.

Dove Lane, Bristol

Secured planning permission for development of the site comprising 358 residential dwellings, and 7,212 sqft Class E floorspace, along with associated access, parking, landscaping, public realm and associated works. Savills have also coordinated the discharge of pre-commencement conditions to enable commencement of development in 2024.

Beazer House, Bath

Savills Economic were appointed to market need and economic benefits of redeveloping office building into a new hotel. This included a Town Centre sequential test of potential sites in the Bath City centre.

Worcestershire Parkway, Worcester

Continued promotion of c.229.8 acres of land, forming part of the Worcestershire Parkway New Settlement Area (WP), comprising approximately 1,250 homes and c.26ha of employment land adjacent to M5 Junction 7.

One Passage Street, Bristol

Secured permission for the redevelopment of One Passage Street for a best-in-class, highly sustainable office building with over 100,000 sqft of floorspace and a new public café and gym on the ground floor.

Village Road, Cheltenham

Secured a full consent for 71 dwellings on a brownfield, former employment site without any allocation, successfully overcoming a restrictive loss of employment policy. The build of the project is now close to completion as 100% affordable housing.

Harry Stoke and East of Harry Stoke, Bristol

Advisory since 2019 on the delivery of two new neighbourhood allocations totalling almost 2,500 dwellings on former Green Belt land. Recent milestones include securing reserved matters consent for Phases 6&7 at Harry Stoke and Phase 2 of East of Harry Stoke.

Avon Street, Bristol

Secured planning permission for a 447-bed student accommodation development in Bristol which is scheduled for occupation for the 2025/26 academic year.

The Mole Resort, South Molton

Secured reserved matters approval for the erection of 58 carbon zero holiday lodges and a 16-bed extension to the main hotel, including full planning permission for ancillary, complementary leisure uses.
