Will is one of the longest-standing members of the country house team. He qualified as a chartered surveyor and then practiced in Ashford, Kent, for 17 years before joining Savills in 2002.
He has held various roles since then, the vast majority of which have focussed in and around the south east. Today he looks after prime country houses across Kent, Sussex and rural Surrey, and has been instrumental in the sale of many of the most valuable properties in the region.
As a result of longevity in the market, Will’s network of clients and market know-how are second to none. He has a near encyclopaedic knowledge of the finest country houses standing throughout Kent and Sussex having sold a number of them multiple times over and is proud of his long track record of repeat business.
Exposure to the various market fluctuations over more than three decades, combined with a sound understanding of the variables that are thrown up during the sale of country houses (and how to overcome any problems) means that Will is widely regarded as a trusted and reliable one-stop-shop when it comes to property advice. In essence, his approach goes back to the foundation stones of traditional estate agency - that is providing honest, professional advice and being always on hand to help clients in any way he can.
