William works in the out of town retail team and has been based in the Manchester office since 1997.
William specialises in the letting and asset management of food and non food retail parks and solus units. He has a specialist knowledge of the UK retail warehouse market and advises on a number of new food/non food retail warehouse developments.
In addition, he acts for retained retailers clients on store acquisitions and disposals. He works closely with the Investment team advising on the purchase and asset management of retail warehouse schemes and solus units. He operates predominantly in the north of England, midlands and Wales.
