Winkfield Park presented a unique challenge: launching a boutique collection of nine contemporary apartments, five mews-style houses, and one detached farmhouse, all set within the prestigious Winkfield Park Polo Club. Despite slower market conditions, we needed to attract buyers to this high-specification site by emphasizing the luxury and lifestyle offered within its tranquil, expansive grounds.

SOLUTION
Savills collaborated closely with the developer from the outset, advising on pricing and marketing strategy. To connect buyers with the lifestyle opportunity, we hosted events in conjunction with the polo club, including the show home launch with the Asia Gold Cup, immersing potential buyers in the setting.

RESULTS
The campaign generated immediate traction, with strong attendance and interest from targeted buyer groups, elevating Winkfield Park as a premier destination.
