Withers was outgrowing their building and as a standalone HQ the leased space which was not efficient or useable. As their global HQ Withers was keen to re-invent how they operated and keen to set a new agile standard for the legal industry.

Following their vision to be more agile and efficient, our team embarked on an extensive change management programme of user engagement and understanding lawyer needs. Our out of the box thinking allowed Withers to lease less space on larger floorplates, which provided contiguous workspace to engage communication and cross selling of services, putting all staff near natural light.

Clients have fully contained and private meeting space, with a separate and discreet business lounge on the ground floor, with catering for events and seminars. The workspace was designed over two floors from six, with a connecting stair and a fully agile environment of eight desks per 10 lawyers from day one. Our remit was full service workplace strategy, change management, design, technical documentation, site co-ordination and move in.
