What to Consider for Commercial Property at Auction

Timing for Sale Our platform allows for early marketing prior to any catalogue publication. The earlier we can commence marketing, the more exposure we can provide to your property. Please review our upcoming auction dates and speak to us regarding your timing requirements.

Occupational Status Commercial auction bidders consider the income and lease terms of a commercial investment to be paramount. We can advise on how your property will be considered by the market and whether any value can be added prior to bringing the property to auction.

Positioning and Presentation Some properties, for example parades of retail units, may generate more interest and sale receipts by being offered as separate lots, either in the same auction or across multiple auctions. We will offer advice on how to present your property in the best way to maximise sale receipts.

Target Market We will consider, alongside yourself, which markets are best suited to your property. For all sales, we use our wealth of data from previous transactions as well as the expertise of the Savills network to create a list of target parties for your property.
