Our D&I Groups

Made up of highly motivated volunteers, these strategic working groups support the business with our D&I agenda. With clear deliverables, they ensure we continue to move forward, driving relevant change. They are supported by staff networks who focus on creating safe spaces, a sense of community and celebration moments.

Gender

Working to ensure everyone has the same access to opportunity and experience, no matter their gender.

Disability

Our goal is to create an accessible and inclusive business where people of all abilities can work for us, or with us, without barriers.

Ethnicity and Faith

We ensure that all cultural, religious and racial diversity is celebrated – never feeling like a barrier to being your true self at work.

Social Mobility

Educating and removing any barriers due to social backgrounds by supporting initiatives that drive social mobility, both in our organisation and the communities we operate within.
